COUNCILLOR Barry Anderson (Conservative, Adel and Wharfedale) has expressed his disappointment that Leeds City Council has approved a housing development of 135 houses at a site in Moseley Wood, Cookridge.
The application was passed by the Council’s City Plans Panel on Thursday, the third application filed by the developers following two refusals for other applications on the same site.
