A BIKE built for seven will head into Addingham as part of theTour de France celebrations.

Yorkshire Cancer Research and Pancreatic Cancer Action have joined forces to raise funds by bringing a 'megabike' into the village on July 4, 5 and 6.

The planned route commences on Church Street, before travelling along the “old” Ilkley Road to Low Mill – a distance of approximately two miles.

The intention is to put out a challenge to set the fastest time, with a ‘Top Gear’ style leader board.
