New Rawdon Sainsbury’s store manager Ben Donnachie
A new Sainsbury’s convenience store will open in Rawdon later this month.
The store, at the side of the JCT 600 roundabout, has created 32 jobs in the area.
It will be officially opened at 9am on Thursday, May 22, by children from Rawdon Littlemoor school and store manager Ben Donnachie.
The store, which takes up 3,000 square feet, will have a bakery and a range of produce including hot food. It will also have a petrol station.
