An Otley supermarket has thanked staff and customers for helping it raise more than £4,500 for Sport Relief.
Employees at Sainsbury’s held ‘flash mob’ performances of Black Lace’s 1980s dance hit, Superman, as part of their efforts for the cause.
The Otley store manager, Paul Loughran, said: “I would like to thank Otley Parish Scouts, who came in and bag packed, Pat Cowdell, of Club Energy, who led our colleagues in the group circuit class, and all our customers for once again supporting us.
“We are delighted to have raised such a fantastic amount which will help transform lives in the UK and across the world.”
