Guiseley: single storey extension to stable block, construction of menage and relocation of shed, Hopewell Farm, Carlton Lane. Guiseley: single storey side extension (garage/store/utility room), 22 Silverdale Road.

Harewood: Listed Building application for replacement of timber gutters with polyester powder coated cast aluminium (N046 ogee profile). Re-coat hidden lead covered tapered and box gutters with EPDM or similar. Replace very flat small slate roof into internal courtyard with lead sheet. 11 The Avenue.
