Guiseley: two storey and single storey front/side/rear extension and dormer window to rear, 8 Old Hollings Hill. Guiseley: first floor and single storey front extension to warehouse, Otley Road. Guiseley: single storey extension to stable block, construction of menage and relocation of shed, Hopewell Farm, Carlton Lane. Guiseley: single storey side extension (garage/store/utility room), 22 Silverdale Road.

Harewood: Listed Building application for replacement of timber gutters with polyester powder coated cast aluminium (N046 ogee profile). Re-coat hidden lead covered tapered and box gutters with EPDM or similar. Replace very flat small slate roof into internal courtyard with lead sheet. 11 The Avenue.

Horsforth: single storey side extension including conversion of garage to habitable room, Whetstone House, Bayton Lane. Horsforth: two storey detached double garage with new garden wall forming link to main house and alterations to existing single storey rear extension, Gwynfa, Calverley Lane. Horsforth: consent, agreement or approval required by conditions 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 11, 12, 15, 17, 18 and 19 of Planning Application 13/00683/FU, Stanhope Drive. Pool-in-Wharfedale: alterations including first floor side extension, infill extension and new pitched roof to existing flat roof extension to front, Police House, Church Close.

Rawdon: single storey front extension and alterations including new roof to existing side extension, Grange Court, Apperley Lane. Rawdon: two storey detached residential accommodation, 2 Woodbottom, Farm Wood Bottom, Low Hall Road. Rawdon: crown lift one Beech, remove three lower branches from one Larch, remove four lower branches of one Ash. 58 Mawcroft Close. Rawdon: single storey side/rear extension, 57 Layton Lane. Rawdon: ground and lower ground rear extensions to both properties at rear, 50/52 Larkfield Avenue. Rawdon: two storey/single storey rear extension and porch to front, 9 Peasehill Close.

Yeadon: 3.5m single storey rear extension, 3.995m to ridge height and 2.95m to eaves, 9 Church Crescent.
