A young Ilkley violinist has performed her first solo in a prestigious music school’s concert hall, after starting the school this autumn.

Alexandra Keeley headed off to the celebrated Yehudi Menuhin School in September. She has now performed her first solo at the Yehudi Menuhin Hall, playing a Vivaldi Concerto in G Minor.

Before she began, she introduced herself by saying her name, her age, the piece she was playing, and telling everyone she was from Yorkshire.
