11:00am Sunday 29th September 2013 in News
Real ale fans are in for an Asian treat at Addingham Beer Festival, where Wasim Aslam, chef and director of Aagrah, will present a Kashmiri Cookery Master Class in the Memorial Hall on Saturday, October 5.
At a special demonstration, guests can learn the secrets of how to cook chicken jalfrezi and lemon Goan rice.
After the cookery masterclass, there will be an Aagrah buffet available with Aagrah’s Kashmiri food available at discounted festival prices.
At this year’s beer festival there will be more than 30 beers and ten ciders. Tickets are £5 and are available from Addingham Newsagents, The Swan and The Fleece (both in Addingham) or La Stazione in Ilkley.
They are also available at the website addinghambeerfestival.co.uk.
Entry includes a festival glass and tasting notes. All profits go to local good causes.
