Huby amateurs to raise cash with Wilde production

One of Oscar Wilde’s best-loved plays will be performed in Huby next month. The Music Room Players will present The Importance of Being Earnest at Almscliffe Hall from Thursday, April 4, to Saturday, April 6. Tickets for the 7pm shows cost £7 and can be booked – then paid for upon arrival on the night – by sending an e-mail to pat.riley12@ntlworld.com or calling (0113) 230 0312. All profits from the performances will go to children’s cancer charity Candlelighters.
