Ilkley youngsters step out for Comic Relief

Some of Ilkley’s youngest citizens will embark on a cross-country walk to Addingham and back for Comic Relief this weekend. Nine-year-old Joe Brown will be joined by friends including Annelise Abbott, his mum Nikki, and his godfather, Stephen Rhodes, for the fundraiser on Saturday. Money from the walk, which sets off at 1pm from the Old Bridge, by the Riverside Gardens, will help Comic Relief's work supporting a variety of charities in the UK and overseas.
