MERCURY MOVIE MAKERS: On Wednesday evening we had a mixed bag of videos from other clubs, commencing with two Morecambe Bay films held over from last week. Then there was a film about life at the Beamish Museum, a humorous training film about Cold Glass described the finishing off of glass using various grinding processes and Outeniqua Choo Tjoe was filmed in South Africa and described a train journey. After the interval, there was a fictional film about a jealous wife, her husband and the next door neighbour and then a holiday film with a difference. Finally a trio of films from Bradford Movie Makers members covered a Jake Thackray song The Castleford Ladies Magic Circle, then a heavily pregnant wife’s liking for snails and finally we watched a young man’s fantasy after rescuing a lady with a broken-down car.
