Addingham’s open-air Easter service will not be held at St Peter’s Church in Addingham, as previously reported, but will take place at Sugar Hill.
The service will be held on Good Friday, March 29, at 11am.
The four churches of Addingham have received permission from the Parish Council to erect a 10-foot cross on Sugar Hill for Holy Week. The event will consist of a short service of readings and hymns, followed by the distribution of hot cross buns.
For further details about the service, contact the Reverend Tim Perkins, at Addingham Methodist Church, via e-mail, at rev.tim.perkins@btinternet.com.
