Health survey plea to district's women

The NHS is encouraging lesbian and bisexual women in the district to take part in a survey to find out about their recent experience of using healthcare services. This follows up on successful work that has been done over the last few years to increase the take-up of cervical screening in this group of women.

A campaign was developed by the NHS and Bradford’s Equity Partnership to encourage more lesbian and bisexual women to get screened for cervical cancer. Now the NHS is asking lesbian and bisexual women to have their say about health services to find out if improvements have been made and if further work needs to be done.

Women can take part on the Equity Partnerships website at: equitypartnership.org.uk/about-us/health/cervical-screening/
