Yeadon bridge to close for repairs

Drivers are being warned of a bridge closure throughout February.
Work is due to be carried out on Dean Lane bridge over Carlton Beck, near Yeadon, from February 4 to March 4.
Leeds City Council says a recent inspection has highlighted that the bridge walls are showing signs of significant deterioration. The walls will be reconstructed in order to prevent further decline.
There will be a full road closure while work is taking place. Dean Lane will be closed to traffic from February 4 to March 4 with access for residents only and signed diversions will be in place.
The council apologised for any inconvenience.
