The following planning applications have been received by Leeds City Council:

Harewood: change of use of land and buildings to form a composting facility, New Laithe Farm, Harewood Avenue.

Horsforth: free-standing illuminated sign, Horsforth Hotel, Featherbank Lane.

Otley: single-storey rear extension, 6 Cambridge Drive.

Otley: two-storey side extension, 49 Pool Road.

Otley: single-storey rear extension with balcony area above, 125 Bradford Road.

Pool-in-Wharfedale: certificate of existing lawfulness for use as riding school, Pool Court Arena, Pool Bank New Road.

Pool-in-Wharfedale: single-storey rear extension, 9 Bramble Court.

Rawdon: single-storey side extension and first-floor rear extension, 9 Low Fold.

Rawdon: two-storey and single-storey rear extension including new pitched roof to existing side/rear extension and conversion of garage to a habitable room, 41 Canada Drive.

Rawdon: first-floor rear extensions, new access and hardstanding to front, 75 Harrogate Road.

Rawdon: single-storey extension to care home, Town Street.

Rawdon: change of use of former residential care home to single family house, former Carlton Nursing Home, Woodlands Drive.

Yeadon: single-storey front extension, Carlton Gate, Carlton Lane.

Yeadon: garage conversion to habitable room, new driveway, hardstanding and changes to boundary treatment, 2 Rufford Gardens.

The following planning applications have been submitted to Bradford Council:

Addingham: Lean-to double garage and detached double garaging for approved barn conversions plus associated drive works, Lower Turner Lane Farm, Turner Lane.

Burley-in-Wharfedale: Side window to approved single-storey rear extension 11/03761/HOU, 11/03763/LBC, 56 Main Street.

Burley-in-Wharfedale: Remove poorly constructed roof over former extension and replace with new roof structure of similar pitch to host dwelling, 22 Mansfield Road.

Ilkley: Non-Material Amendment to planning approval 12/04053/HOU (extension to existing roof with new dormer and rooflights, forming new loft bedroom, new French doors to kitchen and replacement garage): small enlargement to proposed roof extension, Kimsbury, 25 Grove Road.

Ilkley: One non-illuminated fascia, one non-illuminated projector, 48 The Grove.

Ilkley: Replacement of windows with double glazed, 70 Tower Court, Wharfe View Road.
