Addingham community invited to scout hut opening

Addingham Parish Council members are inviting the community to join them for the opening of the new scout hut.
The council created the new home for the scouts after they sold the site of the old hut to make way for Addingham Medical Centre. This project will provide a new base for scouts and has involved substantial refurbishment of the Stockinger Lane football pavilion.
Members of the council hope that this improvement will encourage new users, in particular junior members.
The scout hut will be officially opened on Saturday, January 26, at 11am.
