Anyone inspired by the BBC’s recent Stargazing Live project can find our more about astronomy in Otley.
Prince Henry’s Grammar School, under its community programme, is currently enrolling new students on to its basic astronomy class.
The course, taught by expert tutor Rod Hine, offers classroom learning on Thursday evenings and includes optional field trips to Bradford Astronomical Society’s observation area.
Community education co-ordinator Pippa McPherson said: “Places have become available on popular courses such as Basic DIY and astronomy this term and we don't want people to miss out.”
More details on available courses can be obtained by visiting the Community tab of princehenrys.co.uk or calling (01943) 463524.
