One of Horsforth’s landmark buildings is to be renamed in honour of triumphant Olympic and Paralympic athletes.
The Old Library, Town Street, is to be renamed the Brownlee-Stone Centre to mark the Olympic success of the Brownlee brothers and David Stone, who lives locally, at the Paralympics.
Alistair and Jonathan Brownlee, who grew up in Horsforth, will be at a ceremony on Saturday at noon.
Members of the public are being invited to line the streets and watch them cut the ribbon.
