AROUND AND ABOUT: The Rotary Club of Aireborough
The speaker at the weekly meeting of the club, held on Tuesday last, was Robin Naylor of Bradford. Robin is a canoeist who will paddle the full length of the River Aire, ending where and when it reaches the sea. He is raising money
for the Aquabox Trust, a charity that sends aquaboxes to disaster zones to ensure people have clean water to drink. He will be tackling about 20 miles per day over five days in September. To support the challenge, visit
Facebook.com/RotaryRiverAireChallenge. The thanks were express by Rotarian Andrew Wilson.
