A FEAST for Spring will be served at Harewood in May with the return of the pop-up supper club.

The Harewood Food and Drink Project is welcoming Josh Whitehead to the team full-time as Executive Chef for the series of suppers for four nights from May 3 to 6.

The event will see groups of up to 50 adventurous guests wine and dine around Harewood’s Hidden corners enjoying a tasting menu.

A spokesman said: “The event runs in conjunction with the Tour De Yorkshire so expect Josh’s menu to pay homage to Gods Own County and it’s premier cycling race. Josh being Josh, there will be a few twists and turns along the way.

“The menu will be designed around Harewood’s bountiful Spring larder featuring produce grown, foraged and reared at Harewood.

“Expect to see lamb from the estates flock of Hebridean black sheep to feature. This unusual breed herald from the wilds of St Kilda in the Outer Hebrides and have called Harewood home since they were brought to estate by the 5th Earl of Harewood in 1880.

“Part of the event will be outdoors so we advise guests to check the weather forecast and bring a sense of adventure, coats and a pair of wellies.”

Tickets are available at https://www.exploretock.com/harewood/ and cost £75.
