Benedict Cumberbatch has fast become the poster boy for British actors over the past few years and is about to make his mark in the Marvel World as latest hero Doctor Strange. The eponymous physician is a skilled surgeon, whose life changes when he loses the use of his hands. Searching for a cure leads to Strange adopting some rather extraordinary powers that will not only save himself, but the world too.

Moving to a new city is scary, especially when you’re a teen who isn’t exactly good at making friends. Jake finds himself in this exact predicament in Ira Sachs’ Little Men, but he soon makes firm friends with neighbour Tony. But their new found friendship is doomed to last when their parents start fighting over money in this charming drama.

Escaping the tyrannical Soviet Union in 1950’s Russia doesn’t sound like the easiest of tasks, but for people like Endel Nelis, there is no choice in The Fencer. The fictional telling of real life Estonian fencer tries to rebuild a life for himself in Haapsalu and gets a job as a teacher and begins coaching his students in the art of fencing. Though strict at first, he grows fond of the children and becomes a role model for them. But a suspicious principal and the prospect of a fencing competition in Leningrad threatens to tear apart his new found world. Will he sacrifice his own safety for the sake of the children?
