JOHN LODGE from the Moody Blues will perform at Leeds City Varieties on September 16.
Singer and bass guitarist was 16 he bought his beloved Fender Precision Sunburst Bass, which featured on many Moody Blues songs.
He will perform Moody Blues classics like Nights In White Satin, I’m Just A Singer In A Rock ’n' Roll Band and Isn't Life Strange? during his first solo tour, along with songs from his own album 10,000 Light Years.
Joining John on stage are long time collaborators Alan Hewitt (keyboards), Gordon Marshall (drums), Norda Mullen (flute/acoustic guitar), Gemma Johnson (cello) and Tim Maple (lead guitar).
