A HIGH quality selection of classical music is to be performed at Bradford Cathedral from September.

Bradford Theatres have announced the artists who will be part of the 29th Chamber Season, which begins on September 9 with keyboard masterpieces played by Peter Donohoe.

Adam Renton, general manager at Bradford Theatres, said: "Bradford Chamber Season has run alongside the orchestral season for the past 29 years at Bradford Cathedral – a beautiful and intimate venue to enjoy classical music.

"We hope that our loyal chamber subscribers will continue their support of the season and that we might attract new audiences to experience classical music in this wonderful venue.

"With a season that includes pianist Peter Donohoe, the Alauda Quartet and the welcome return of European Union Chamber Orchestra with the Bradford Cathedral Choir, we hope people will join us at Bradford Cathedral this year."

The season runs until April next year. Call 01274 432000 or visit bradford-theatres.co.uk for tickets.
