SIXTIES Gold is returning to Leeds with a concert of classics at the Grand Theatre on October 30.
The “ultimate, probably never-to-be-repeated” line-up includes The Searchers who have clocked up more than 50 million record sales worldwide.
There will be the multi-hit recording artists Brian Poole And The Tremeloes featuring original members Brian Poole, Chip Hawkes and Dave Munden.
Also playing the concert will be controversial rock ‘n’ roll singer PJ Proby – who during the 1980s lived in Haworth – and chart topper Wayne Fontana.
Special guests for this year’s show are American performers Gary Puckett And Union Gap singing the pop classic Young Girl.
