THE BOY With Tape On His Face will visit Harrogate and Leeds as part of a national tour.

The show is described as stand-up comedy with no talking, drama with no acting and punch lines with no words.

It was praised as a “truly magical experience” by leading comedy website Chortle and timeless, wordless, disarming and funny by the Guardian newspaper.

Tape Boy conjures up uproarious and moving tableaux using everyday of objects and popular songs.

The show draws on silent film, mime, magic, puppetry, Motown and the films of Patrick Swayze.

Tape Face is at the Carriageworks Theatre in Leeds on September 15. Visit leeds.gov.uk/carriageworks or call 0113 3760318.
