RYLEY Walker, whose album featured in Uncut’s top 10 last year, will headline the Grand in Clitheroe on February 24.
He is supported by the 'legendary' Danny Thompson on a tour that also includes the Brudenell Social Club in Leeds on February 26 and Band On The Wall in Manchester on February 28.
Ryley Walker has been compared to many of folk's greats yet has a musical style all his own, despite still being only in his mid-20s.
He will be joined onstage by legendary double-bassist Danny Thompson, one of the founding members of Pentangle, who has performed with the likes of Richard Thompson, Nick Drake and John Martyn.
He is renowned for the lyrical and jazz-flecked astral folk that so influenced Walker half a century later.
