THE LEGENDARY Blues Brothers are back and on a new mission at St George’s Hall in Bradford.

The Chicago Blues Brothers are armed with a new stage set, new moves and freshly laundered jailsuits for the show on Saturday, February 13.

With porkpie hats, sunglasses and an elaborate nine-piece band, the tribute show promises more than two hours of classic blues, Motown and soul music.

There will also be side-splitting comedy thrown in for good measure.

There will be hits from both of the Blues Brothers movies including Everybody Needs Somebody, Raw Hide, Gimme Some Lovin, and Sweet Home Chicago.

As a bonus there will be unforgettable classics from James Brown, Ray Charles, Aretha Franklin, Otis Reading and Cab ‘Minnie the Moocher’ Calloway.

Bradford-born producer and director Chris Hindle takes on the role of "Joliet" Jake Blues, with a powerful gritty soulful voice. He has been singing from an early age when he sang in Bradford Cathedral choir. The gig will also showcase deep bluesy bass vocals and a sweet soulful falsetto.
