TICKETS are being snapped up for Ilkley Playhouse’s highly anticipated production of Breath of Life – which runs from Tuesday, February 9 to Saturday, February 13.

Written by David Hare, one of Britain’s leading contemporary playwrights and presented in the intimate environment of the Wildman Studio, this two woman play explores the relationship between Madeline, a retired curator living alone on the Isle of Wight and a surprise visitor; Frances, a woman she has met only once before - 25 years earlier. Together we discover their connection as the two women explore the past and come to realise that they must move on and learn to feel the breath of life again.

Directed by Miranda Armitage, Breath of Life promises to be a truly riveting experience, brimming with the tension, quick wit and raw humour Hare is renowned for.

Tickets for this wonderful play are selling fast, so be sure to get yours without delay.
