As part of the Yorkshire Festival 2014, the band Hope & Social have been taking their special brand of music around the route of the Grand Départ.

Over the past two months, the musicians have been gathering hundreds of new band members for their Tour of Infinite Possibility.

Now, after a series of workshops, the band will give gigs in 12 locations – including Threshfield and Addingham.

Hope & Social – who brought together the hugely successful A Band Anyone Can Join at last year’s Grassington Festival – have performed 1,000 gigs nationwide and their success has been underpinned by their unique talent for bringing people together. And The Tour of Infinite Possibility is set to inspire, delight, and ignite communities across Yorkshire as the band entertains on a cycle-powered stage.

Local concerts will take place at Upper Wharfedale School, Threshfield, on Saturday, June 7, at 3.30pm and Addingham Sports Pavilion in Stockinger Lane on Saturday, June 21 at 4pm.

All events are free but tickets must be reserved by logging on to hopeandsocial.com/tip.

Each gig will also be recorded and an album of the songs will be released at the end of The Tour.
