STUDENTS at Yeadon Westfield Junior School had the chance to learn how to perform circus skills.
The school's deputy head teacher, Andrea Eddison, said the children we taught various activities including juggling, stilt-walking, mono cycling and plate spinning.
She said: "Every child in school took part in a one-hour workshop.
"They had a fantastic time and wrote some fantastic evaluations of all of the new skills they can do."
The circus day' was part of the school's Excellence and Enjoyment Programme, an initiative introduced by the Government.
