Leeds City’s Needham wins Ilkley Incline Race mile race

Ilkley Harriers staged its own Ilkley Incline, one mile up the steep Keighley Gate Road. This short, sharp race attracted 60 competitors and was won by Chris Needham of Leeds City AC.
