SPENCE Jeff I was given the gift of life on October 27, 1943, but sadly on Wednesday, September 12, 2018, I had to give it back. I was a lucky man that led a full life marrying my wife Sandra and raising 2 children Stephen and Julie. I also leave behind my older sister Shirley and younger brother, Michael ('ar kid). Most recently I worked as a Managing Director at Skretting and was captain of Irby Cricket Club for many years and before that I played at Idle Cricket Club in the Bradford League. Meeting many wonderful friends and colleagues along the way. Although I was persistent in defying the doctors I am now at peace. Jeff's love, knowledge and guidance will be greatly missed by wife Sandra, Stephen and Julie, all his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral to be held at, Landican Crematorium CH49 5LW South Chapel on Tuesday, September 25, at 2:30pm. Family flowers only but if desired then memorial donations to Cancer Research please, c/o F.R.
